All orders must be submitted in writing via email or fax.

Promo Setter is not responsible for orders that have not been confirmed.
All rush orders must be called in and informed after sending the PO.
Lead Time
All blank in-stock orders ship within 48 hours.
Screen printed orders (up to 2 colors, max 3,000 pcs) ship in 5 – 7 working days after digital proof approval.
Beach towel orders ship within 8–12 working days after approval.
Sublimated towels and blankets ship within 7–10 working days after approval.
Embroidery orders ship within 7–10 working days after approval.
Made in USA jacquard towel orders require 4–6 weeks production after sample approval.
Edge-to-edge fiber reactive towel orders require 10–12 weeks standard lead time.
Overseas tote bag or apron orders can be fulfilled in 4 weeks (air) or 8–10 weeks (ocean).
Rush orders must be approved by Promo Setter and may incur an additional charge.
Lead times can often be reduced—please contact us for details. Free rush options may be available.
Artwork
All artwork must be emailed to sales@promosetter.com with PO number included.
PMS colors must be specified.
Minor artwork adjustments may be required for best results; we will confirm before changes.
Screen Printing
Artwork must be in Adobe Illustrator CS or higher vector format (AI, PDF, EPS).
Improper files may require redesign at additional cost.
Typesetting services available for a minimal charge (font and layout must be provided).
Sublimation
Photo Art: Minimum 300 DPI at actual size or 750 DPI at ¼ size.
Spot Color: Vector file required (AI, EPS, PDF).
Combined artwork: Must be layered with photo and spot elements separated.
Bleed: Allow 1.5” bleed on all sides.
Full Color Heat Transfer
Images must be minimum 300 DPI at actual size.
Minimum font size: 16 pt.
Minimum line thickness: 2 pt.
Embroidery
Most file types accepted.
DST and EMB files are accepted.
Email embroidery files/tapes to sales@promosetter.com.
Proofs
Proofs are provided free of charge.
Two revisions included; additional revisions cost $7.50 each.
Production begins after final approval.
Over/Under Runs
All orders are subject to a 5% over/under run and considered complete.
Orders under 144 pcs: 10% over/under allowed.
Exact quantity requests may incur a 5% upcharge on orders over 144 pcs.
Payment Terms
New clients are prepayment until credit approval.
Repeat clients may apply for credit terms.
We accept credit cards, checks, wire transfers, and ACH.
Approved accounts may be invoiced Net 30; others remain prepaid.
Pre-Production / Samples
Silk Screen
$125 per pre-production sample (includes ground shipping within USA commercial address).
Additional express shipping charges apply.
$43.75 setup charge per color.
Repeat setup applies if order is placed after 6 months.
Heat Transfer / Full Color
$156.25 per sample.
50% credited back if order is approved.
Beach Towels
$187.50 per sample.
$150 setup charge per color.
Repeat setup applies after 6 months.

Setup Charges
Setup charges apply per catalog page and product type.

Run charges per unit:

PMS color match charge: $25
Exact PMS match is not guaranteed on all surfaces.
Shipping
All orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise.
Promo Setter is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors.
Address correction charges apply if incorrect address is provided.
Drop ship charge: $8.75 per additional location.
Freight quotes are estimates; actual costs may vary.
