Promo Setter – Returns, Claims & Quality Policy

Returns & Claims
  • All claims must be submitted to Promo Setter within 10 working days of the invoice date. Failure to report within this period will void all claims.

  • All products must be inspected prior to any printing or decoration. No claims will be accepted once products have been printed, embroidered, or altered by the customer.

  • If washing instructions are not followed, returns will not be accepted. Imprinted products must be washed separately in cold water and line dried before use. Do not use bleach or commercial laundering.

  • Adhesive tape or similar materials must not be used on towel or textile products.

  • Towels ordered with grommets or hooks are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be shipped prepaid by the customer.

  • A valid Return Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Promo Setter before returning any goods.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging.

  • Promo Setter reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or better quality when necessary.

  • Minor manufacturing variances are considered acceptable, including:

    • ±7% variation in size, weight, and imprint placement

    • Slight color or texture differences between production batches

    • Minor misalignment of print or embroidery due to production tolerances

  • Exact color matching (product or ink) is not guaranteed, especially on repeat orders or different production runs.

  • All printed, decorated, or customized goods are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Additional Important Terms
  • Once an order has been approved and production has started, it cannot be canceled.

  • Customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or third-party logistics providers are outside Promo Setter’s control.

  • Customer is responsible for providing correct artwork, specifications, and shipping details. Errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Promo Setter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use or delivery delays.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms, production tolerances, and policies listed above.
